Good to know before you book
It's been a while, so it's worth checking your pet's vaccinations and flea and tick treatment are up to date. Dogs need a current C5 and cats an F3 or F4, given within the past 12 months but not within 10 days of arrival.

No. Your $100 credit is already set aside for you. Just call us to book, or get a quote online, and use the code WELCOMEBACK.
Why did I get this offer?
You've stayed with us before, but not in the last 18 months. A lot has changed in that time, and we'd love to welcome you and your pet back, so we've put $100 towards your next stay.
How long is the credit valid?
Until the expiry date in your email or text. After that date the credit closes, so book before then.
Which stays does it apply to?
Boarding stays of three nights or more that fall outside peak periods. Not sure which dates are eligible? Call us and we'll check for you.
How do I book and use my credit?

What if my contact or pet details have changed?
No problem. Just let us know when you call, or add it to the notes on your online quote, and we'll update your account.

- This offer is for past clients who have not stayed with us in the last 18 months. The $100 credit is already on your file and does not need to be claimed.
- The credit takes $100 off a boarding stay of a minimum of three nights outside peak periods.
- Use it before the expiry date shown in your email or text. It cannot be extended or used after that date.
- Book by phone or request a quote online with code WELCOMEBACK. Online quotes do not show the $100 credit. Our team applies it automatically when confirming your booking.
- One credit per client. The credit has no cash value and cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Peak periods are excluded. Please ask our team for current eligible dates.
